First tweet: do they intend to mean all non-cis-male folks? Like women includes transwomen but they also want to include the genderqueers and transmen? The phrasing is problematic, but intention might vary the level of problematicness.

i've seen it a lot on okc. it seems to may or may not include trans*women s women but excludes trans*men from being "real" men.

i've also seen it as a blanket welcoming in bluestockings type contexts (poetry slam night or whatever the phrasing is. i'm old and up past my bedtime.) as in, a space where, for a change, cis menz do not rule the night.

phrasing has definite potential for the problematic with intent varying the levels of such.
