Hey, if someone who could write not-SWM doctors took over, wouldn't it be awesome if they imported the Old Spice guy from that weird ad campaign a few years ago? I'd so take the time to write a parody script and have the, I'm on a horse part, be located in some other galaxy and time.

it's not even that i'm opposed to seeing poorly written characters who aren't swm. (janeway has been pointed out on twitter as being such a character.) it's that i don't want to see the actor/actress/character get blamed for something that is moffat & co.'s fault and idiot fandom holds a grudge.
