is there something wrong with a person if sie is giddy about going on vacation where there will be negative 0 (F) windchills? and the negative 0 is the cause of the giddy-ness. and there will be no skiing involved.
0 F is when you can take of the sweater that's making you overheat so you can tool around in the flannel shirt and a t-shirt. It's still a bit cold for sandals, and shorts should wait until it's a bit warmer.
