i could do without the sports drivel.
but the old geezer's still got wit. he was my hero for awhile. long before the movie.
i guess the sports drivel is the spoonful of sugar for lots of folk.

You have to remember that is his paying profession, or should I say his main profession. I do know what you mean though.

the geezer's got enough cash he doesnt need a main profession anymore, unless he wants one.

i blame espn for the decline of his writing quality.

i'll give him points for doing sports as his first love, maybe, though.
