ptsd has been a self-diagnosis for awhile.
i also used to self-diagnose social anxiety disorder.
i used to be absolutely horrible when it came to being social at parties, etc.
fortunately 98% of the parties i ever went to, i had someone in the same boat as me to hide in the corner with.
crowds used to make me panickyish, and then i moved to new york. it's amazing how much less stressed i get now in parties and crowds having to just deal with this chaos.
