I've found myself more cold resistant than a chunk of the people I know. So my crisp, wear my thick Carhartt hoodie over a t-shirt weather is bundle-up with more layers and actually zip-up weather for other people.

What's the incident mentioned by @elonjames with a radio show host?

Always saw the dress as pale blue.
