The one about teens and sleep reminds me, during Jr. and Sr. high school, I lost so much sleep to working on homework from arrival home to midnight. I wonder how much of my health in the long-term got disrupted by it.

If someone asks me when I started having trouble falling asleep, I honestly can't tell them because Jr. and Sr. high school sleep patterns were heavily influenced by homework and not myself.
