wait. what?
the person who originally tweeted (sinclair sexsmith) isn't exactly completely binary and the book proper has not yet been published.
it's twitter, so i don't give it the scrutiny that fb gets when sharing so i have not yet dove into the webpage for details. i'm lazy. please educate!! because, if so, YES FUCK THAT SHIT.

I emailed, I'll forward you the email chain, I actually got a thoughtful response, that they were using trans* the way I was using non-cis, except they are totally not the same because trans* has a very particular politics whereas non-cis doesn't. Anyway, I think the start of a possibly productive dialogue maybe? Will clue you in.
