eh, the old navy parallel is rather faulty, but i think you should still try and file a suit. make it class action.

i had misremembered the nj4 situation a little. i had thought they weren't charged until later. i can still see the asshat woman trying to go after the teens when no lawyer can win her case against the designer.

i doubt he got kicked out of israel. he needs an assbeating himself on so many levels, though.
