i really should be sleeping right now.

i made the oh-so-bright decision to hop on down to florida this weekend to assist the good brother in moving from florida to louisiana. this is in hopes of adding "visited" states to my list, of course. and to get away from the damn job. maybe even to escape new york just a bit.
the change in temp seems to be helping the damn sinuses which were ready to implode and kill me wednesday morning.
no joke. i thought i was going to pass out on the subway on the way to work.
obviously, the sinii didn't succeed in their little plan as i'm still here.

i'll be in new orleans saturday night and board the plane at like 6am halloween morning.

damn internet saver fares.

also, i no longer have any of the internets at work. i'm not even allowed to send out/receive non-work related emails. The Company has a thing against employing real tech support staff and have brought in some temps to take care of the virii that has infected the email system. so, cutting me off completely from my resource pool (i'd been "cheating" and still using the internet to get referrals, etc. for clients) is their solution.

did i mention that they have also employed a full-time budget consultant?

goddamnit.

so, yeah, moral of the story being, once i return, me and my dialup ass will be slow in posting/responding. at least until i've relocated.
