also (i refuse to place this behind a cut)
Dec. 2nd, 2006 07:03 pmfor those of you who are interested-
playtex now carries half-cup sizes. (at target, anyway.)
the fit's nice. but i forget there's this scar running down my chest that bras get in the way of and get all irritating.
someday, i'll learn.
the padding's thicker than i generally prefer, but that's because i generally prefer to camouflage what meager breastes i do have.
currently, there's only black, white, tan, and pink for colorage.
damnit, where's my red?
go A 1/2!!!

Date: 2006-12-03 02:54 am (UTC)I also never understood why A was bigger than AA was bigger than AAA, where as DDD is bigger than DD is bigger than D... But I have the opposite problems you do, in some sense...

Date: 2006-12-03 05:20 pm (UTC)i prefer A 1/2, though A+ works well, too, because i prefer the smallness concept. small is special all on its own.
even if i didn't have issues identifying with womanliness, i have enough back problems that small boobies make me happier.

Date: 2006-12-03 06:40 am (UTC)Why the heck don't more bra manufacturers include red as a basic color, I wonder. So many women want at least one night-on-the-town bra.
If you wouldn't mind answering, um, scar running down your chest?

i was born with a deformed chest, kind've a lump of cartilage smack in the middle of the breast bone (common term is "pigeon chest"). they removed it when i was around 3, but that was earlier 80s medical technology and they intentionally over-did the job so that it wouldn't think about growing back.
anyway, yeah. scarrage.
i grew out of wanting it lazered away. mostly, i forget it's there unless i'm wearing something low cut and see myself. or my bra reminds me. i don't mind seeing it. (i mind others staring though. because i dont like staring.) but i do mind feeling it.

Date: 2006-12-04 12:35 am (UTC)oh, "clavage patch", or some variant, is a pretty popular thought response.
i don't usually wear anything cut much lower than that.
i need to stop working so much and go to the shack of catty.

Date: 2006-12-03 07:32 pm (UTC)On the other hand, who wants to have one's clothing choices dictated to by the color of one's tattoo? (blushes to admit that this would be a factor for me if I got one)

Date: 2006-12-04 12:37 am (UTC)it could be tatooin' territory but i have to get over my anti-attention thing.
besides, people are weird about tattooes and i do not want anyone deciding they want to randomly "touch" it.
my faith in humanity is low enough :/
colour coordination would be consideration for me, too :)
