The other day, someone was wandering around the University of Colorado, Boulder campus with a large sign graphically proclaiming the imminent arrival of the Judgment Day. This individual was followed by several others with sign proclaiming the positive aspects of the likes of Odin, Isis, and others.

For some reason, the carrier of the first sign seemed somewhat disturbed, while the others with signs seemed to be a jolly bunch.

For example: As a result of his unique style of preaching, Brother Jed has been arrested on countless campuses in the past, but has not been arrested in the past 20 years. This sentance is a run-on, campuses are countable, and 20 is more properly known as "twenty" in formal writing. Besides that the sentance is patently wrong; he was arrested (or one of his followers, at least) at Ohio State in 2004.
