rkti have no soul. i have mentioned that before, right? (this means i have no conscience.)
also, i'm prone to fits of boredome. and maybe i enjoy playing games with the world just a little too much.
this last week, in one of these fits of boredome, i posted on craigslist missed connecitons:
subject nice guys
see, i told you they didn't exist.
unfortunately, i wasn't thinking well enough and specified "w4m".
not that that would have made a difference in the "replies". which is what i'm in this game for. just that it would have solidifed the stupidity of "nice guys".
a not-so-random selection: email addresses available upon request for those of you out there, you know, looking for nice guys.
we do, and every time we try to be nice, we are taken for needy, or pathetic, or just too nice.
"ohh noo, can't call her, she might think I really like her!" but I do...
I beg to differ ... Its just unfortunate that women do not know what they want even when they have it
you are silly- there are nice guys left, not many females want to date them , but they do exist- its hard to find a good person here in nyc, especially since everyone is a twisted hipster these days. but , you are in luck, i may be the nicest guy left, i try and be at most times, but if you are not nice to me then i set you straight. sometimes people in this city mistake being nice as a sign of weakness, but you have to find the delicate balance of when to be nice and when to be a real asshole- check me out at www.myspace.com/< deleted > - good luck- joe
now, replying and laying the smack down might at first appear appealing. however, that would mean ignoring that these guys probably live in some alternate universe - in which a reply would imply interest. and while i have all the time in the world, i have better ways to spend it than engaging in such interactions. (you know, like painting my toenails.)
