musical whinings

rktso i'm trolling around the internet, trying to find good punk rawk, etc. shows to attend in the upcoming weeks, and there is nothing going on around here. seriously. it's pathetic. sure, i could go to a nameless band. but for some reason, i haven't the spirit for it still.
what sucks the most about this, is that all the good bands are touring. they're just hopping around the midwest. . . minneapolis, m'waukee, chicago. . . what the fuck? can we say unjust? i don't live round those parts no more. so why in hell would they be going there? even my precious whole has been getting a few of the good shows back.
then, there Are two decent bands coming up around these parts in the near future. one's, on tuesday night. but, hello... do they Not Know i work tuesday nights?
the other, is going to be going to long island on a night i'm off. uh, ok, but who actually lives out there besides yuppies? don't they know better?
nevermind. i'll be nice to the long islanders. it's good for the karma?
i swear, some days i should have been a postal worker.
