i have my dsl and am zipping around a bit. i'm figuring out what the issue was with the dialup. i think. and was on hold with help for forever friday night just getting things together. i have no idea why they ask you for a number to call you back at when they won't call you back. putting me on silent hold for 20+ minutes? really? it took 3 tries to get it to work, and that was with me ignoring the recommendation to not use firefox.
(somethings wrong with my explorer and i'm not invested enough to get to the bottom of it.)
moral of the story? just say no to verizon.
also, i have to finish my customer service complaint letter.
oh, internets, your connections are complicated.
something stil wants to be writ about nebraska's (formerly-age-limit-free) child safe haven law and the past effects and current revision to 30-days(!?).
but who knows if it will get as far as posting.
