I called my insurance earlier today and had a long talk with them.  i like to know what i'm getting for my money.

I found out:

* i have abortion coverage up to $350 (in-network).  No comment was made regarding annual/12-month restrictions.
* the migraine medication i used to have to pay $25 for 6 pills and was limited to 6 pills per month (with the potential for override if i begged and pleaded) is now $5 for 4 pills with no current restriction.
* despite my old age, i can get the hpv vaccine.  i'll probably have to pay for the office visit.
* i can switch therapists and the second intake will still be covered.

so far, i'm happy with them (oxford).  i've had them briefly before but the plan was less than stellar.

My Oxford is pretty good, and lasts until I'm 26, which is good, because I lose my Pomco in exactly a month. I'm glad it's working for you, though :)

I'm glad that you are happy...what happens if you need more than one abortion in a year?

i'm not sure. in the past, it meant that i'd have to get the cash on my lonesome for the procedure.

the goal remains to just not have to get to that point the first time.

I feel that's a solid goal...but I'm be here for you regardless of how that plays out!
