I agree with the following statements:

all men have the capability of being rapists.

I think "all" is very seldom true. One could argue convincingly about a majority. At the least, some are physically incapable. Some others would discorporate first.

If you want to be that broad with capability, then virtually every adult is capable of being a rapist. I don't think that breadth was what was intended. I read the original as having the volition, not just the physical capability of performing the act.

well, yes. volition, but this is a rape culture where males are practically taught to be rapists.

given the right wrong set of circumstances, as much as i may not want to admit it, i still think all men have the capability of being rapists.

maybe not murder, necessarily. but certainly some form of (non-accidental) homicide.
