rkti'm starting to think that the birth control hormone thingy is a leading cause in my increased migraines.
yesterday, i was ready.to.die.
i'm really not that severely stressed. and my diet's not changed drastically. i could blame the FIFTY degree december weather. but i don't know.
i'm pissy. because it seemed like it was working without (otherwise) killing me. and the periods were seeming to improve. and not last 7 days.
so grrr.
i'm talking to the doc later this week.
but i just found this and am geeked out by it.
