my mother sent me a pecan kringle in the mail today.

i think i'll freeze part of it. and take part of it so my coworkers can share in my nordic heritage.

(nevermind - to the best of my knowledge - i lack any danish in me. but, still, scandinavian is as scandinavian does. no i don't know what that's supposed to mean.)

anyway, yay for mothers.

and i'm blaming st. nick's (12/6/04) for this one.



also, i want to make more cookies.
damn me and my baking phases.

ermm. we'll see.
if i can keep the baking phases to the cold wintery months, it'll be much better than the past when they'd peak during the hells of summer.
