rkthow i could have forgotten about v-day, i don't know. not v-day valentine's day. i just went over all that. but v-day as in pro-vagina/anti-violence day. i had been thinking about going to see the vagina monologues, but then i thought it wasn't going to be possible, and resigned myself against it.
now, i seem to be in luck and can hop the train down to columbia or elsewhere if i so desire. that is, if i can still get tickets.
and, ok, monologues isn't the greatest piece of writing in the world.
and it's still a very white view of feminism.
and i hate settling, but This is something i've deemed worthy of settling for.
and i'll be doing it for the cause.
