rkt- Fri, 13:26: Once again @ups cannot find the place where I am sitting.
- Fri, 15:36: And @ups is trying to throw @zappos under the bus because their people can't tell the difference bt East and West. #annoyed
- Fri, 15:38: I am literally < 2 blocks from where @ups is lying and saying the label lists and I apparently can't even go meet the driver.
- Fri, 15:39: Did I mention I had to call @ups twice bc the first time they didn't actually log my complaint?
